Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
Not at all. Xenari is designed to be intuitive. If you can use WhatsApp and email, you can use Xenari. Most users are set up and adding their first deal within 10 minutes.
How does access work for my organisation?
Access is set up per organisation, so your team only ever sees your own deals, investors and documents. Professional accounts (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) are self-service — sign in and you're guided through setup straight away. Organisation accounts (housing associations, local authorities, and similar) are provisioned individually following an enquiry — see Organisation pricing below.
Can I import my existing deals and investors?
Yes. Investors can be bulk uploaded from a spreadsheet. Deals are added individually for now. Our support team can also help migrate data from spreadsheets.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Xenari is secure by design, with encrypted connections and organisation-level data isolation. Your data is completely isolated from other organisations — nobody else can see your deals or investors.
Do you offer refunds?
Professional plans include a 14-day free trial covering deals, investors, campaigns and AI — the Template & Document Library isn't included during the trial. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we'll issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
